As the New Installation Resources Manager, you will lead a specialized
group of mechanical Technical Field Assistance (TFA) engineers dedicated to the
successful installation of new gas turbines, steam turbines, and generators.
You will be at the forefront of ensuring our global projects are staffed with
highly skilled and certified professionals, directly contributing to the
operational excellence and reliability of our energy solutions. This includes
recruiting top talent, developing comprehensive training and certification
programs, and strategically deploying personnel to new unit job sites. You will
foster a culture of continuous learning and provide critical technical support
to resolve complex issues that arise during field operations. The ideal
