Are you ready to launch your career by gaining diverse and valuable experience as an Engineer‑in‑Training in the Energy Sector? Cenovus’s New Grad Program aims to attract, develop and retain exceptional new graduates to build a top talent pipeline for the company. The program provides new graduates with a broad understanding of Cenovus’s core business through challenging work assignments, training and development, field exposure and the opportunity to develop a large network of contacts through networking and mentorship.
The program consists of three consecutive 12‑month rotations across Cenovus’s varied business areas. Upon completion of the three‑year program you will be matched to a permanent role within the organization. This role will be based on business need and relocation may be required.
