Job Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of strategic digital initiatives to enhance sales processes and improve conversion rates
- Analyze data and user insights to identify opportunities for process improvements, operational efficiency, and enhanced user experience
- Partner with Technology and QA teams to support UAT cycles, ensuring quality, accuracy, and operational readiness of system releases
- Track and monitor project progress, issues, and action items, while supporting the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Proactively identify, elevate, and resolve risks and issues to ensure timely resolution and smooth project execution
