Coverage Needed
- Start Date: Nov 21
- End Date: Ongoing
- Schedule: Clinic coverage 8:30am-5pm on weekdays (inpatient and outpatient)
- Provider will be expected to be in clinic and on call from 830am-5pm on weekdays
- Call Schedule: Weeknight beeper call 5pm-8:30am; 24-hour weekend beeper call; call responsibility included during daytime clinic hours
- Open Dates: Nov 21-Dec 8 and Dec 27-Jan 5
- may not be in clinic all 5 days during the dates listed but it is a possibility

- Support Staff: MAs: yes; PA/NPs: 1
- Trauma Level: 3
- Neurosurgery cases including complex spine
- Call Response Time: 20-30 minutes
