Networks & Systems Administration - Harvey Norman

This is a full-time position, 38 hours per week - salary $70,000 to $80,000 + Super is on offer.

Based on site at Harvey Norman AV/IT Penrith Complex - Corner Mulgoa Road and Wolseley Street Penrith

About the Role:

This is a specialised role within the store requiring the successful applicant to source new corporate and commercial clients to set up network or networking devices, diagnosing and repairing them. The role will involve managing client accounts, installing the range of computer software, hardware and associated products, delivery and ensuring client satisfaction. The role will involve creating documents such as technical reports and maintenance of inventory systems. Other tasks include using software tools like Spatula and POS to lodge any enquiries. The position reports directly to the Director.

The nature of this role requires high level engagement with Corporate/Commercial buyers and their Technology departments.
