The Network Technician will provide on-site technical support for network and telecommunications infrastructure. This role involves installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and support of LAN, voice, fiber, wireless, and industrial communication systems. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with operational, safety, security, and change management standards while supporting business continuity. Responsibilities: Respond to ServiceNow incident tickets and resolve assigned issues. Perform cable patching, installation, and recovery activities. Install power leads and troubleshoot power cable connections. Install, remove, and swap network and telecommunications equipment. Locate and identify network circuits and tag demarcation locations.
