Responsibilities

Technical Design & Customer Engagement

• Conduct technical discovery with customers and internal stakeholders to understand connectivity requirements.
• Design end‑to‑end IoT wireless network solutions using managed cellular routers and modems.
• Translate customer requirements into device configurations, deployment standards, and implementation plans.
• Support customers through network integration activities including LAN/WAN design, VPN/IPsec, and routing strategy.
