Responsibilities Plan, design, and implement networked systems, including configuration, troubleshooting network problems, and coordinating with vendors for installation of routers, switches, and related equipment. Perform technical analysis of software, hardware, and network systems, and integrate LAN/WAN communications, network nodes, switch configurations, and transmission systems. Conduct network maintenance and system upgrades, including service packs, patches, and hot fixes. Create and update the technology components of standard operating procedures. Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution. Hands‑on experience with Aruba Wireless and routing/switching technologies.
