Network Onsite Support Engineer

Responsibilities . Provide day-to-day technical support and administration for network equipment. . Install and configure network switches and wireless access points. . Coordinate with cabling contractors for passive cabling support and post-installation inspection . Provide second-tier response, issue analysis, and resolution planning for network-related incidents. . Resolve incident tickets and support approved change requests as part of daily network operations. . Perform preventive maintenance and performance tuning on network infrastructure. . Initiate and follow up on critical technical support requirements with external vendors. . Maintain network documentation using the designated infrastructure documentation tools. . Manage network asset information using the designated configuration or asset database tools. . Liaise with internal IT teams on projects and ongoing network support requirements. . Support regional network operations and setup activities where required.
