Role purpose & Responsibilities
- Support the Vodafone global account in all aspects of account management, client relationships and project delivery with a key focus on managing our markets.
- Reporting: manage the global reporting workstream e.g. investment, competitive, KPIs, effectiveness.
- Support in the timely delivery of monthly reports to Vodafone which includes ensuring accuracy on the MMIR template / Wizard platform and ongoing usage.
- Global support for Percept and local teams for Wizard requests such as User approvals.
- Support with finance and billing teams.
- Account Management: Strong communication and project management skills required to work collaboratively with our global team and colleagues across local markets.
- Requires regular communication with markets, understanding of their priorities, gathering and sharing case studies and inspiration and driving deadlines.
