Key Responsibilities
- Monitor network infrastructure using monitoring tools.
- Perform initial troubleshooting of LAN/WAN, routing, and switching issues.
- Identify and escalat(e) incidents as per defined processes.
- Handle ticketing system updates and SLA adherence.
- Basic configuration support for VLANs and VPN users.
- Maintain documentation of issues, resolutions, and configurations.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting of routing, switching, and network performance issues.
- Configure and support VLANs, VPNs, and firewall policies at basic to intermediate level.
- Work on incident resolution and root cause analysis (RCA).
- Support change requests and network upgrades.
- Handle firewall rule changes and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with L3 teams and vendors for complex issues.
