Job Description

Responsibilities

:

  • Maintain agreed network uptime and availability targets

  • Configure and support routers, switches, firewalls and wireless infrastructure.

  • Manage all network hardware and equipment, including routers, switches, and cloud.

  • Manage security solutions, including firewall and intrusion detection systems.

  • Perform network system backups and recovery.

  • Resolve incidents within SLA timeframes

  • Optimise latency, bandwidth utilisation and throughput

  • Perform network design and capacity planning.

  • Ensure compliance with security standards and remediation timelines

  • Successful implementation of network projects within scope and timelines

  • Participate in infrastructure and digital transformation projects.
