Roles & Responsibilities

Managed end-to-end delivery of IT services (primarily production support) to client, ensuring SLA compliance and customer satisfaction.

Client Governance

• Lead client governance: own MBRs, weekly updates, and client stand‑ups.

Administration & Configuration

• Manage and maintain Cisco ACI fabric, including APIC controllers, leaf, and spine switches.
• Configure tenants, VRFs, bridge domains, contracts, and policies.
• Implement and manage L3Out, L2Out, and service graphs.

Monitoring & Troubleshooting

• Monitor network health, performance, and capacity using ACI tools and dashboards.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues, policy misconfigurations, and hardware/software faults.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

Security & Compliance

• Enforce network segmentation and security policies within ACI. <...
