Responsibilities DSP Recruitment: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified last‑mile suppliers. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate suppliers skills, experience, and suitability for last‑mile delivery. Onboarding and Training: Design and implement onboarding programs for new last‑mile suppliers. Provide training on delivery processes. Ensure that drivers are equipped with the necessary knowledge and tools for success. Driver Retention: Implement retention strategies to keep high‑performing DSPs engaged and accomplish KPIs.
