About The Role

Job Purpose

• Design, build, oversee, and manage the implementation of networks and network projects to meet the needs of manufacturing facilities in the EMEA region.
• Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and conducting performance evaluations.
• Collaborate closely with IT/OT teams (plant digital, infrastructure, application, security) to ensure best network practices and standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by staying up‑to‑date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
