**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Provide day-to-day operational support for country-level IT systems and services with a strong focus on Network management in a Cisco CLI environment
+ Monitor, analyze, and resolve incidents to ensure stable and reliable IT operations
+ Configure and coordinate the installation or replacement of network infrastructure components at our remote locations. Occasional travel within the DFW area is required.
+ Participate in IT and business-initiated projects. Occasional travel to remote sites within the USA and Canada is required.
+ Partner with business and IT stakeholders to identify and address operational needs
+ Support rollout and adoption of IT standards, processes, and tools across locations
