Job Description:
Provides ongoing support for the functionality and efficiency of computer systems and networks. Provide support for information systems and network systems in remote locations, as well as local support. Troubleshoots and resolves problems to ensure quality transmission service on the network. Enforces security policies. Trains users, maintains, creates and deletes user accounts. Develops and enhances processes and technical documentation, creates back-up procedures, test plans, and reports.
Education:
- Associates Degree
- Security + or equivalent DoD 8570 certification required
Experience:
- 3+ years of network experience or combination of education and equivalent experience
