Job Description – IM L2 Network Administrator Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IM L2 Network Administrator to provide Operational Technology (OT) Network Administration and Support across client sites. The candidate will be responsible for network operations, incident management, change management, problem management, network security, infrastructure support, and service delivery in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in enterprise network environments, Cisco technologies, wireless networking, routing and switching, network security, and troubleshooting within Industrial IT/Operational Technology environments.
