Netsuite Business Analyst
What you'll do
- Partner with finance, accounting, and operations stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements for NetSuite enhancements and new functionality
- Translate requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams
- Configure and maintain NetSuite features including saved searches, custom fields, forms, roles, and basic workflow adjustments
- Support system testing efforts including UAT planning, test case development, and defect tracking
- Serve as a subject matter expert on NetSuite processes, helping users resolve issues and improve how they work within the system
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and integration teams to deliver system changes that meet business needs
