Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

HUDDLES/COACHING

• Manage monthly NPS huddle topics and execution
• Support/oversee the “effectiveness” of the huddles
• Share summary of above in monthly CXSO Reviews

CALL BACKS

• Track/Monitor of customer callbacks, using Partner own “Expanded” call back form and document relevant insight and/or useful feedback for the campaign and the partner
• Document and ensure relevant insights or themes are cascaded and used for agent coaching, recognition, huddles, and/or elevations opportunities
