If so why not consider becoming a Neighbourhood Assistant. You will be providing essential support to the neighbourhood team in Somerset working alongside other neighbourhood assistants, being supported by a Senior Neighbourhood Officer.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment providing administrative support to the neighbourhood officers and dealing with a variety of customer queries. You will manage the mutual exchange process, tenancy changes and updating tenancy records alongside other tenancy queries, both by phone and email.
You won’t always be at your desk; you may be out and about completing mutual exchange visits and supporting with neighbourhood inspections as required across the county, so there’s a real mix of housing management exposure and an opportunity to further your current housi...
