This executive-level position is responsible for leading the City’s Neighborhood Stabilization Team and Citizen’s Service Bureau through a new era of data-driven decision-making, customer-focused service delivery, operational accountability, and public safety alignment. The incumbent will provide strategic leadership, direction, and oversight for programs that directly impact neighborhood quality of life, nuisance abatement, resident concerns, service coordination, and community stabilization.
