Need IT tutoring session for beginner to intermediate topics

I’m looking for a patient IT tutor in Ireland to help me improve my computer skills. I’m a beginner and want to cover basic software usage, internet safety, file management, and introductory troubleshooting. Ideally, the tutor can explain concepts clearly, provide practical exercises, and tailor lessons to my pace. Scheduling flexibility is important, and I’d prefer in-person sessions near Dublin or remote tutoring if needed. A friendly, encouraging approach would be great, and I’d like to set up regular weekly sessions if possible.
