Need IT miscellaneous help with software setup and tidy data

I'm based in Ireland and looking for someone to help with a small, miscellaneous IT task. The job involves setting up a new workstation, installing essential software, and organizing a messy dataset to make it usable for reporting. I prefer someone who can explain steps clearly and works with Windows and/or macOS. Attention to security and backups is important. The task may also include a quick audit of installed programs, removing duplicates, and suggesting a simple workflow for ongoing maintenance. I’m flexible on timing but would like to complete everything within a single session, ideally during a weekday. Please confirm your familiarity with data privacy and basic troubleshooting.
