Need help preparing daily meals for week in calm home

I’m looking for a reliable caregiver to assist with meal preparation in my home in Ireland. The role involves planning simple, nutritious meals, cooking from fresh ingredients, portioning and labeling for the week, and keeping the kitchen tidy after cooking. I prefer meals that accommodate a light diet and any dietary restrictions I have (gluten-free options, low sugar). Experience with batch cooking for one or two people is a plus. A friendly, patient approach and good communication are important. Availability on weekday mornings would be ideal, with flexibility for occasional weekend support.
