Need help organizing and tidying the home clutter

I'm looking for a reliable helper to assist with decluttering and organizing our home. The task involves sorting items room by room, discarding or donating unused belongings, setting up practical storage solutions, and creating a simple, repeatable tidying routine. Our priority is a calm, non-judgmental approach and respect for our belongings. If you have experience with small-space organization and can suggest proven storage systems, that would be great. The work will be in a standard Irish home, and I’d prefer someone who can start in the morning and work efficiently for a few hours.
