Need help moving house: loading, transport, and unloading assistance

I’m moving to a new apartment and I'm looking for a practical help with the moving process. The job includes loading a medium-sized truck, transporting items to the new place, and unloading into the new apartment. I have a few heavy pieces (sofa, wardrobe) and some delicate items (framed photos, electronic devices) that need careful handling. Ideally you have dolly/hand truck and moving straps, and you can provide basic padding for fragile items. It would be great if you can help with a few hours of assembly or placing furniture once inside, but not essential. I’m aiming for a weekend slot, and I’d prefer a reliable team with good communication and English is fine.
