Need a painter to refinish staircase in house

Hi there, I’m looking for a skilled handyman to repaint our wooden staircase. It’s a three-flight staircase with several existing coats and some worn edges. I’d like a smooth, durable finish using a high-quality semi-gloss paint. Please indicate if sanding and priming are included. Ideally, you can provide all materials or confirm what I should buy.
