• Monitoring and evaluating the performance of the factories’ NDT departments.
• Monitoring the implementation of UT and PAUT reports.
• Monitoring reports as an audit.
• Planning and implementing UT and PAUT homologation training for all UT inspectors worldwide.
• Following up and controlling the implementation of the control plans.
• Holding the exams to evaluate the UT inspectors.
• Holding internal daily meetings to share factory information as an update.
• Holding meetings with factories under Nordex supervision to receive updated information.
• Monitoring all devices to ensure annual calibration and updating their information in the SharePoint list.
• Monitoring all inspector internal certificates and updating their information in the SharePoint list.
