NDIS Support Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Support Coordinator to join our team, ideally on a full time basis, but also with the option of part time. In this role, you will help us coordinate client NDIS plans, negotiate appropriate support, and access a range of mainstream services and community support.
