Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Define and implement a national strategy for Warehousing, Stock Control, and Freight & Forwarding. Manage all warehouses and stock accuracy, including cycle counts and full stock take planning. Take accountability for inbound, outbound, and cross trade freight operations. Oversee compliance with import/export regulations, customs documentation, and internal shipment controls. Act as escalation point for customs clearing issues and proactively ensure all shipments comply with regulatory requirements. Coordinate and control all packing, consolidation, and dispatch processes nationally. Implement visual management and stock optimization initiatives. Drive inventory and freight cost reduction while maintaining high service levels. Monitor and report on stock variances, risks, and WIP exposures.
