Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver top‑line growth and profitability (P&L).
  • Develop and execute long‑term growth strategy, accelerate new product and solution penetration, and provide customer support to differentiate Ingredion.
  • Prepare annual sales and expense budget, identify variances, and implement actions to meet business objectives.
  • Drive team execution and accountability to deliver results.
  • Manage accounts receivable collection turnover, demand forecasting, inventory level, and operational cost control with stakeholders.
