Key Responsibilities
- Deliver top‑line growth and profitability (P&L).
- Develop and execute long‑term growth strategy, accelerate new product and solution penetration, and provide customer support to differentiate Ingredion.
- Prepare annual sales and expense budget, identify variances, and implement actions to meet business objectives.
- Drive team execution and accountability to deliver results.
- Manage accounts receivable collection turnover, demand forecasting, inventory level, and operational cost control with stakeholders.
- Maintain strong relationships and expand Ingredion exposure to end users across food and beverage categories.
