National Retail Expansion Leader

Bullock Tech Talent Partners is seeking a dynamic Head of Retail to lead our client’s national expansion in South Africa. Based in Cape Town City Centre (on-site), you will evolve 14 existing stores into high-performing destinations, driving conversion, customer experience, and revenue growth across the country.

You will build and lead a national retail team, set performance targets, collaborate with marketing and product teams, and travel nationally to coach stores.
