National Restoration Project Manager (CAT)

Job Description

The construction National Restoration Project Manager is a traveling role responsible for the day-to-day oversight of all assigned restoration projects for large commercial buildings. Including but not limited to Temporary Labor selection, Equipment procurement and inventory, On-site management, Paperwork accuracy, and Quality Control. The construction Restoration Project Manager is also responsible for working closely with occupants and property owners throughout the mitigation process, including daily updates to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Base Salary Range is: $85,000 - $110,000

Additional CAT (Catastrophic) Pay:  $750 per day (during specified events).

Commission OTE Range is:  $50,000 - $100,000

Per Diem:  $346 per week to assist with certain expenses (while traveling away from home only).

Vehicle Allowance:  $500 per month
