About The Role
The National, General Manager will provide overall leadership and strategic transformation execution across the Canadian Carrier Commercial Service (CCS) organization – part of the North America CCS field group, a $850M+ business with 1,500+ employees. The incumbent will be responsible for delivering on financial commitments while driving significant transformation. This includes developing and executing short- and long-term strategies focused on customer lifecycle growth and operational excellence in alignment with Carrier financial, operational and transformation objectives. The position is based in Mississauga (ON) and will have a direct reporting line to the East Director and General Manager.
