Our client who is seeking a National Customer Service Call Centre Agent for their Head Office in Kempton Park is a leader in hygiene services, committed to providing top-tier solutions to businesses nationwide. Requirements 5 Years Customer Service Experience 2 to 3 Years Call Centre Experience Education Matric Garde 12 Diploma in Call Centre (non negotiable) Responsibilities Identify and respond to customer needs Answer incoming calls and log tickets timorously Record all complaints on the system Ensure that all complaints are resolved within the specified times Follow up on customer queries and overdue tickets Conduct customer satisfaction surveys Assist Key Accounts Manager Schedule call centre activities to facilitate effective execution Manage and analyse customer service levels Respond to complex requirements from clients Location: Head office in Kempton Park Salary: Up to R13 000 Cost to Company (CTC) before deductions Benefits: Performance based Bonus in December Working hours:...
