Responsible for executing go-to-market initiatives, scaling market presence, and driving double-digit year-over-year growth across the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead the Swiss GTM strategy, generating pipeline and driving conversion.
  • Collaborate with partners and internal teams to scale adoption and ensure customer success.
  • Implement industry-specific sales motions and marketing activities.
  • Participate in delivery motions to support platform adoption and use-case realization.
  • Contribute to broader strategy by prioritizing enablement and driving continuous learning.

Required Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in sales and delivery within technology or SaaS, with a proven record of driving growth.
  • Deep knowledge of Swiss businesses and industry requirements; strong negotiation, communication, and collaboration skills.
