Process Engineer

Qualifications

• Electronic Engineering (Preferred)
• 5 years of experience
• Problem solving skills
• Statistical knowledge
• Black Belt or Green Belt (DOE, ANOVA, etc)
• Equipment experience: Printer Machine, Oven profiler, AOI, SPI
• Define & analyze oven profiles
• DFM, VALOR, CAD, AEGIS, CAMCAD, PCB investigador, etc.
• Stencil design
• Solder paste specification knowledge
• Knowledge on PCB finished & components composition
• Parts approval process

Responsibilities

Develop, implement and maintain methods, operation sequences and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies.

Interface with design engineering to coordinate the release of new products.
