Qualifications
- Strong hands‑on experience as a MySQL DB
- In‑depth knowledge of MySQL architecture and storage engines (InnoDB)
- Experience with backup, recovery, and replication
- Strong skills in performance tuning and query optimization
- Good understanding of HA/DR solutions and failover mechanism
- Proficiency in SQL and database troubleshooting
- Working knowledge of Linux/Unix system
- Experience handling large, mission‑critical production database
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and slow query analysis
- Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
