- Working Hours: Mon – Thu: 8.15 – 5.45pm | Fri: 8.15am – 5.15pm
- Work Location: Armenian Street, Singapore
- Manage and monitor school booking systems for museum programmes
- Handle enquiries and coordination for school visits via email and phone
- Manage bookings and communications with access/community groups
- Welcome school and community groups and support crowd control during peak periods
- Prepare and monitor learning resources (activity cards, worksheets, booklets, etc.)
- Coordinate logistics and equipment for workshops and programmes
