Multiskilled Property Maintenance Tech

Merand Corbett & Associates is seeking a hands-on Property Maintenance Technician based near Stellenbosch to inspect and maintain residential and commercial properties. The role covers painting, plastering, tiling and basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry tasks, with a focus on safety and quality.

You will work with the foreman, coordinate with external contractors, address tenant requests promptly, and keep records of tools, stock, and maintenance actions.
