Multiskilled Flexibles Operator

Overview

The Multiskilled Flexibles Operator is responsible for operating the sachets filling line (1:4 man‑to‑machine ratio) and delivering the required output within the established safety and quality standards. The operator will also perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and improvements on assigned machines to keep them at optimum condition, and will develop expertise in UMS methods and tools.

Roles and Responsibilities

Safety and Quality

• Follow all safety and quality policies and procedures, wear prescribed PPE, and observe personal hygiene standards.
• Use LOTO during troubleshooting and CILT, and ensure machine guarding is in place before and during production.
• Employ proper tools and equipment for troubleshooting and autonomous maintenance activities.
• Adhere to prescribed work procedures, company safety rules, and regulations.
