Location: Central London
Salary: £46,000 – £48,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday | 7:00am–4:00pm or 8:00am–5:00pm
On-call: 1 in 2 rota (infrequent call-outs)

The role involves carrying out a mixture of planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance, ensuring the smooth operation of the building and all associated systems.
