• Plumbing – stopping leaks – unblocking WCs/sinks/etc.
• Carpentry – changing locks / repairs to frames/ overhauling doors.
• Some brickwork repairs.
• Patch repairs to plaster.
• Stick on floor tiles
• Damp & mould
• Decoration
