We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused professional to carry out responsive repairs, planned maintenance, void property works, and property inspections across a residential housing portfolio.
The Role
As a Multi Trade Operative, you will deliver high-quality repairs and maintenance across your primary trade while supporting a range of secondary trades when required. You will work independently, managing your workload effectively to ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out day-to-day repairs, maintenance works, void property refurbishments, and property inspections.
Deliver quality workmanship across your specialist trade and support other trades where required.
