We are looking for an experienced Multi-Trade Operative to join my clients team, working on a long-term Local Authority contract in and around the Edinburgh area.
The Role:
Carrying out a variety of maintenance and repair works on occupied and void properties.Completing jobs across multiple trades, including basic joinery, plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, decorating, and general repairs.Delivering high-quality workmanship while maintaining excellent customer service. Requirements:
Proven experience as a Multi-Trade Operative.Competent across a range of trades with the ability to work independently.Experience in domestic maintenance or social housing is desirable.Own transport and tools essential.Reliable, organised, and able to manage a varied workload. What’s on Offer:
