Requirements

• ITI or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related technical trade.
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in malls, commercial buildings, hotels, or mixed-use facilities.
• UAE/GCC experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and civil maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot multiple building systems independently.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Employment Type: Full-Time.
