About the Role
:As a Multi Skilled Operative working on the Cross Keys Homes contract, you will be carrying out a variety of property maintenance tasks, including painting, plastering, brickwork, carpentry, tiling, silicone/mastic works, groundworks and minor plumbing in tenanted properties. The role requires a delivering high-quality repairs and installations across domestic properties.
Role Responsibilities:
Carry out day-to-day responsive repairs across tenanted social housing properties
Replacing or repairing skirting boards, architraves, and internal door frames
Installing and adjusting kitchen units, worktops, and cupboard doors
Repairing or replacing internal doors, handles, locks, and hinges
Identifying and fixing minor plumbing issues such as leaks, dripping taps, and blocked sinks
Carrying out patch plastering and making good, damaged walls or ceilings
