Multi-skilled Operative
Location: Bexley
Contract: Full Time Permanent
Salary up to £36,425.30 per annum, plus, company van & fuel card
42.5 hours per week (8-5 Monday- Friday)
We are recruiting two Multi-Skilled Operatives to support our responsive repairs contract in Bexley. These are hands-on roles working within occupied social housing properties, delivering high-quality day-to-day repairs and providing a great service to residents.
We are looking for:
Both roles will cover a variety of trades, with the second role focusing more heavily on plastering works.
