Job Description
**Key Responsibilities:** **1. Preventive & Routine Maintenance**
Perform daily checks of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire-safety systems.
Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance as per IHG standards.
Record all maintenance work in the logbook/engineering system.
**2. Repair & Troubleshooting**
Attend guest room maintenance requests promptly within the set response time.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to:
Electrical fixtures & panels
Plumbing lines & bathroom fittings
AC units and ventilation systems
Carpentry and basic civil work
Kitchen and laundry equipment (basic level)
Ensure all repairs are completed safely and efficiently.
**3. Safety & Compliance**
Follow hotel safety protocols, energy-saving practices, and emergency procedures.
Support the Engineering Supervisor in maintaining statutory compliance (fire equipment, DG, STP, WTP, elevator...
